7 mindset hacks that can change your life

Mindset hacks that can change your life, professionally and personally

Before to start with 7 mindset hacks that can change your life, let try to answer this questions.

Am I good enough?

How should I behave that people would like me?

What are my strengths and weaknesses?

Am I beautiful, smart enough?

How to be happy?

All this and more are questions that we try to answer and, sometimes we get the answer.

But the main question is what we think about ourselves? It doesn’t matter what others do believe it is much important how we feel on our skin.

Today I would like to share with you some of my mindset that can change your life or at least make it better.

It is up to you to apply or not the mindsets or principles, or you may call them hacks or tricks. But in the end, there is nothing tricky about our life. We are who we want to be and what others think about us. So let see the mindset hacks that can change your life.

1. Feel confident to be yourself

How to feel sure to be yourself? It seems easy, but it is not.

We always try to fit in any life situation, people that we meet in our life. Fit to society requests, how we should dress, eat, and walk. But let’s do what makes us happy because life is so short to fit in the box.

And here I want to maybe something superficial, but I think each and one of us should explore personal style. I mean, how we look is the message that we send to the world and people that are around us. To define an own image could be an idea to be more confident, to feel good in your skin, and at the same moment, we are showing how we want to be seen by others.

So, as a result, I am not saying to broke any rule, but do what you like. Wear clothes that you like, read books that you enjoy, listen to music that closes to you, even choose political movements that suit you.

No matter where you are at this point in your life, the most crucial thing to have in your mind is to stay true to yourself. How to do that?

You must understand and be aware of what are your core values.

How to stop comparing yourself to others?

Through your core values, you can be your self. How to define them? There many ways to define your core values. Write down what is essential for you, your background, family, friends, education.

For example, for me, my core values are uniqueness, empathy, kindness, and freedom that are most important for me that guides me through my life. I behave and react, conduce my life, and choose what to do according to my core values. However, you can have much more cor values that are alike or similar to your core values. And that is ok.

2. Learn new skills

Learn what it is newsworthy for you, what is useful for your career path, and, most important, for your personal growth. Learning it isn’t just college, university, and maybe some course. All your life you must to discover, learn through standard education and not. So prepare your self for this extraordinary life of knowledge because of this journey will be incredible.

3. Develop a “thick skin.”

You don’t have to become an insensible human being.

Most of the time, to get that thick skin, we have to go through some life and work situations. As a result,  that forced us to be less sensitive to critics, opinions, gossiping, and other things. However, I found this pretty interesting article from Forbes that describes techniques on how to react in some practical situations.

How to deal with a coworker’s passive-aggressive behavior?

4. Find happiness outside of the workplace

Essentially this tip is the most important. When you are happy, everything else becomes less important. As a result, when we are glad, we are more productive at work. Not only. I agree with my personal experience that the working environment and workplace influence our life, but we should find our happiness outside of the workplace.

Your family, friends, hobbies, and anything that makes you happy.

Is personal development essential for our happiness?

5. Self-awareness

It is quite a vast description and understanding of self-awareness. However, in simple words that I found in this blog post

Self Awareness is having a clear perception of your personality, including strengths, weaknesses, thoughts, beliefs, motivation, and emotions. Self Awareness allows you to understand other people, how they perceive you, your attitude and your responses to them in the moment

I can suggest, as a person and not a psychologist, because I am learning to become aware, to start from your strengths and weaknesses. Work on your beliefs. And this exercise, I learn not so long ago. I write down all negative ideas or those that are not entirely mine. Maybe I heard them from my parents, friend, or at the workplace, from teachers or my peers. But I feel that these beliefs are not entirely mine. And I try to work on them, replacing them with new and my owns.

Another thing, in my opinion, as a simple girl like you to know who you are is so essential that no one out there can hurt you. You have to stay long enough with yourself to understand what are your motivations, emotions, and how you show them to the world.

I also talk a lot about empathy and for a reason. Empathca yan helps us as human beans, as leaders, managers, friends of someones, family members to get into people. And what people around you about you and themself. So be careful, with exposing yourself, be conscious of who you and how people respond to your behavior.

6. Attract opportunities

Attracting opportunities is something that could come naturally, or you have to work on it. Metting new people, networking, and be social is an excellent plan to attract new opportunities.

If you’re working, then the workplace can be a great source of any new opportunities. Talking with customers, genuinely hearing people, proposing your ides could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Be open mind, say yes to some projects, or create your owns. Believe in your strength, and go for any possibility that seems attractive to you. Trust your goat!

7. Stay true to yourself and your values

All this can be trivial and seem banal, but it simple reality. And you know what? It isn’t so easy to stay true to yourself and your values.
You know already what your core values are. So take that as a point of benchmark and keep looking at that.
I do that all the time, at home and work, with people that I know and especially with people that I don’t.

The end

In the end, I hope that you will take at least something of all that I have written. Hopefully, mindset hacks that can change your life are fixed in your mind. I genuinely want to be helpful to any of you that like me, sometimes find dit challenging to be yourself.

So be yourself. Always. And read this coll article about the beautiful woman.
